Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- The customer exercises their right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with § 11 FAGG.
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- The order is canceled before it has been shipped.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
